“All our Papa Murphy’s locations in Grand Rapids, Mi. are closed. HOWEVER, the Plainwell, Mi. location is open for business. It is definitely worth the drive to get PM pizza 🍕 in Plainwell. I’ve purchased pizza from all PM franchises in GR. Prepare to be amazed by the premium pizza they create. I met the 2 young gentlemen that are the franchise owners. It’s amazing, the service and product that owner/employees provide and produce. PS… I bought 4 for the weekend.“

“Abby needs to get herself out of this tiny town and go manage a higher end place. The place was busy, the food was applebees, the service from Abby made me feel like I wanted to give them all of my service.
That is one powerful amazing worker, she sat us, waited on us, was the bartender, the manager, and was running food. (this is just the things I was able to observe within the 10-15 minutes I was there) She also had injured herself but kept pushing through!
She deserves as much praise as possible. The kitchen staff also shined throgh on this Easter night. I'm sorry we had to rush out, we will be back to repay you, even if we eat nothing at all.“

“I called the other day to see if they were open Thanksgiving they said yes I asked if we could make a reservation he said yes how many people I told him and he said we'll see you Thursday I get there today they're not even open Thanksgiving he don't know why whoever answered the phone told me that so here we are scrambling to figure out what we're going to do for Thanksgiving now because it's so late“

“When we lived in Plain well we loved this place! We came there tonight with friends and it was terrible l Food was called and when we complained the manager argued with us about how long we waited (We had reservations for 5:15) we didn't get our food until after 6! The manager said we had only been waiting an hour! Plus she made no attempt to warm up our food and just walked away! We drove 30 miles to get there and was treated terrible! Also there was an employee back in the kitchen that should of had his hair pulled back with hair down past his shoulders. We definitely will not be back!!“

“The 18% gratuity for "large party" mind you 2 kids (4 and 16) and 3 adults is what they consider large. Most families are 5 people, definitely was a turn off for me and my friend. Food definitely wasn't as good as it used to be and 3 people ended up sick and on the toilet the entire night. Dont order pountine tots theres pretty much no gravy on them and the blackened fish was slimy amd didn't taste right. Drinks were empty and had to wait forever for refills. Im a huge foodie so this was a let down. We all will not be going back.“

“The place is changing. New management. New faces. Food is tasty as always. I love the BBQ chicken pizza and their brownies are to die for. Great job guys!
