“Being from Chicago, I have experienced a lot of different barbecue food, and this place is up there with some of the much better places I’ve had. I ordered the pulled chicken and smoked turkey along with a side of beans and corn pudding. The food was fantastic, very flavorful. I enjoyed the barbecue sauce! Also, the to go food was very well packaged for my drive back to Holland, no leaky containers.
The girl at the register and the guy serving the food were both very nice to deal with, I will definitely be back.“

“Our server today was awesome! Her name was Rebecca and she went above and beyond to make our dining experience great. She was not only super knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make suggestions, but she really took the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome. It's been awhile since we had been to a Denny's but it was just so nice to see that there are still hard working and compassionate servers that go the extra mile. We will definitely be back!“

“This was my first visit to “On the Border”. The food was really good and the wait for it was reasonable. Our server, Jayden, was very good. We could tell he was really busy, but he was on top of everything and did not fail to return regularly to check on our wishes/needs. Jayden was friendly and proficient. Hope we get him next time we eat at this restaurant.“
