Arrived back from Canada, wanted a coffee. Approached drive thru asked do you take Canadian money , she said yes. I ordered, drove to pickup window. Gave her my money and after 10 minutes a person named Taylor threw my change at me for no reason, other then to say dont ever bring Canadian money here again. Today, I paid almost $5 for an XL coffee… that I didn’t order.
I called to tell them of the situation and Taylor answered the phone and immediately began calling me a liar, accusing me of trying to get free things, claiming they knew me before he even answered the phone.
Oh, and this person says he’s the manager.

I just ordered 3 donuts and the person who took our order was rude and she wouldn’t give us a second to look over the menu. When we finally ordered, we gave her the money. She gave us our donuts and our change. No “have a nice day” or anything pleasant. She was exceptionally rude! When we took our donuts out the small packet it was placed in, the donuts were covered in hair and red strands of god knows what! Tim Hortons is a friendly spot where mistakes are handled well. The staff is professional and sweet, like Carley, who resolved a mix-up promptly. However, some customers feel uncomfortable with the policy of collecting personal information for gift card purchases. The frozen watermelon lemonade was syrupy, but the service, especially at the drive-thru in the morning, is consistently excellent.
