Tim Hortons is a friendly spot where mistakes are handled well. The staff is professional and sweet, like Carley, who resolved a mix-up promptly. However, some customers feel uncomfortable with the policy of collecting personal information for gift card purchases. The frozen watermelon lemonade was syrupy, but the service, especially at the drive-thru in the morning, is consistently excellent.
