“Can't speak for all shifts but I come in there late nights.Fast, friendly service every time.More importantly the food is always fresh, and prepared properly.They should start training employees at some of the other Happy's Pizza locations.I know that sounds harsh. “This is one of my favorite places to eat when I go downtown. The food is excellent and I love the atmosphere. The outdoor dining option is small, but very nice. It's on Library Street so there is not a ton of traffic. Parking in the Z Garage right around the corner is convenient and you can scan a QR code in the restaurant lobby to get your parking validated.“
