Saturday, July 4, 2026 - The power was out across the street in our neighborhood and we went to BIGGBY (Haslett/Marsh Road) and they were slammed, but the Baristas were amazing. They stayed calm and very friendly, which made the customers the same way! KUDDOS to a wonderful team at this location!!!
We come to this Biggby a few times a week. Service is always prompt, staff is helpful, the place is always clean, and Sydney, Helen, Emma, Mark, Brooklyn and the rest are always friendly
Huge shout out to the Haslett Biggby team! I am in there frequently and never have had a bad visit. Always go beyond “good customer service” with personal drink recommendations, discounts and conversation that doesn’t feel forced or fake.
