I don’t usually come to this location, but it was on my way and I came through the drive thru this morning and the ladies working were amazing! The young lady at the window helped me find a coupon on facebook for my coffee, gave me a points card, and explained the weekly deals I didn’t know about. I will definitely be coming here from now on.
Long wait times about 90% of the time.
Not a fan of them asking for tips. I like the tip buckets. Maybe put up a QR code that goes to a tip page.
Today went good. Katelyn offered us last week's shoe charms plus today's shoe charms, so that was awesome. She was friendly. Drinks came out at a reasonable time too and all tasted good.

Stopped in at the Haslett location and the service was outstanding! Bri took our order and was absolutely wonderful helping us. Her bright personality and time taking with us is something you don't get anywhere else. Definitely will be coming back all the girls in there today were absolutely wonderful. Five star all the way.
