“Took my mom in for dinner, we were looking through old pictures and tearing up the entire time. My mom is really talkative and can come off needy and such but she was in the industry for 30 years and myself have been for 8. I just want to share how amazing our server makenna** was. We were a bit needy and my mom over shared but our server made us feel at home. Best service hands down, she is a rock star and deserves all of the props. Get it girl“

“Aimee was just simply the best , absolutely killed it in customer service.
Very kind and courteous and even came to our table to make sure all was good .
I really thought she was a manager after her service to us and to my shock she said no but working on it .
As a previous manager of multitude of businesses , I would have recruited her to work for me ASAP.
Having said that … please don’t let this opportunity pass you guys by, she’s solid gold , and a diamond in the rough .
We love coming here and enjoy McAlester’s very much .

“Just wanna say the take care of there customers. Had a mixup with an order and the manager handled it exceptionally. Altho I did come in to get it replaced and was told they wasn't sure what I was talking about. The manager took down my number and got to the root of it and took the time out of her day to give me a call and make things right. Thank you“

“It's been 20 ish years since Coldwater closed their Marcos pizza. Today on my way back from the Ann Arbor VA. I finally got a chance to have Marcos again. I, we use to order about 20 pizza a night at work every night for years.
The manager and employees were Great.
The Pizza did not Disappoint it is still the best Pizza on Earth.
