We ordered a Greek salad and it came without feta cheese. The person working there was slammed with orders but was kind and helpful when we asked for the feta. I think we would prefer Jets moving forward.“

“I am a coach with Macomb College baseball team. We were in the area for a playoff tournament and needed a plan for dinner. We came to the restaurant at 2:30 pm looking to feed 40 guys around 6:30 pm. Alex made it happen and more. We were back to pick up plenty of food ready and prepared for easy transportation. Alex was phenomenal to work with and were very thankful for his service as we know how difficult it can be to feed a team of 40 college athletes“

“Shout out to Maya and Gracie at for the amazing customer service and support with my orders. My first experience with Penn Station and a glitch in the system lost my online order. Maya took the time to hand write out the order and make sure it was correct. The second experience my sandwich was not made correctly, something that wouldn't normally be a big deal but for someone who has food allergies it can be. Grace made sure that it was remade correctly even made a note on the ticket. These lady's went above and beyond to make things right along with their coworkers. (my apologies if their names are not spelled correctly)“

I worked at a place where my boss made the most famous reuben in our town, so I had to see what your reuben was all about. We shared the large with the 2 types of pickles and a latke. “I was in a dark time when I first visited this establishment. I felt hopeless… all until I met Dakota. He greeted me with a hunktastical smile and it warmed my heart. Within moments of greeting him I burst into tears of joy. Most would feel embarrassed spontaneously bursting into tears in public but it was really hard to feel shame when I felt the warm embrace of Dakota seconds later. He calmed me down immediately, somehow knowing the exact lullaby my grandmother would always sing to me as a child. He looked me in the eyes with an immense passion and intensity that you rarely see in your every day life and said “don’t give up, sport.” Dakota talked me off the edge…. I don’t know what I’d do without him.“

I didn't ask for a coke. my meal instructions were followed, so I'm wondering why my drink instructions weren't. If this is going to be an issue where your staff isn't going to read the notes fully, you should add all the options for the freestyle machine. It wouldn't be that hard. Work with UberEats on this. Otherwise, the food was great.“

“Very moved by this locations generosity! I ordered pizza / wings for our basketball team who traveled from the west side for a tournament. The team is mostly from a very poor socioeconomic area, after hearing our story he discounted my order as a donation and gesture of support and encouragement!
