Cafe Zinc is in the H Hotel in Midland Michigan. Much thought has gone into the design and ambience. The service is very professional and courteous. The food is high quality and fresh. The Salmon and Filet Mignon were excellent. The whipped feta was so good, the lamb was perfectly cooked, and the flourless chocolate cake was the perfect finish.
