Went there for Thanksgiving dinner. Had reservations, really looking forward to dinner.
After waitress poured wine, we were told they had two Thanksgiving dinners left. Told the waitress to please hold them.
Waitress did not return until all our glasses were empty and we had been sitting there

We stayed at the hotel and even that is advertised as four stars. It is not. The food is good, somewhat decent. The service on the other hand they were received was absolutely appalling. The older female inside the restaurant has an attitude problem, and acts as if her stuff doesn’t stink. We weren’t acknowledged. A person was sat before us that came after us with no reservation.
