I ordered online and my sandwich had a couple of mistakes BUT the GM saved the day and hand-delivered my remade, perfect order, and some. This is outstanding customer service!We are human and mistakes happen, but going above and beyond was amazing to see as a customer.
Although slow, their food was hot and there cinnamon crumble latte is amazing Iced!!! They gave us 2 cookies which where the size of my face to make up for the wait!!! They were delicious ?

I haven't really had any desire of Panera bread ? although passing the restaurant nearly half gazillion times. No offense meant just never has an interest. However I tried it order southwest chicken something something sandwich ? bag of chips ( their vast side option) and coffee ☕. The reason for 4 ⭐s is immediately after ordering my meal and me filled coffee cup the cashier removed the all the coffee so no one could get refills and it's a crime in my book if a cookie seller...read full review
