Shahi is a wonderful addition to Midland's Indian cuisine. I have had the Cettinadu curry and the Sabjiwala. Both excellent flavor and generous portions. The Gobi Manchurian (spiced roasted cauliflower) is also excellent. Also the best chicken tika masala in Midland. Salty Lassi is an excellent cooling yogurt drink to go along with your spicy meal. I've been going to this place for a long time at the Saginaw location. I've been bugging them for years to open up a location in Midland and they finally did it. In my opinion, their food is considerably better than the other Indian alternatives in Midland. Portion sizes are good and the food quality is always consistent. So glad to have you here in Midland.

Chicken tikka masala - hands down best CTM in midland. Amazing flavor.. not too spicy.
Lamb biryani - more meat than any other Indian restaurant in midland. Great flavor. Good side of yogurt to temper the spice. A bit too spiced..
Gobi Aloo - authentic Indian. No cream added.
