This place nails it every time. Super friendly staff, quick service, and custom orders are correct almost every single time. On the rare occasion there's a problem, they make it right without any hassle. The new AI order-taker is hilarious. It works way better than I expected but sometimes messes up big time. I know they must be laughing at my frustration but quickly a person comes on to clarify the order. I quickly learned that you don't have to answer the 5 extra...

I've gone from five stars to four stars with this restaurant. I can't see why they won't substitute corn taco shells, instead of the flour tortilla without an additional cost for my spicy soft taco. They won't refund me for a flower tortilla but they will gladly charge me for a taco shell. Seems a little gangster to me. Your music's way too loud the lobby. I must say the food is the best tasting food at any Taco Bell I've ever been to.
