“Don't be afraid to ask for help if they make a mistake. The newer barista gave me a caffeinated coffee when I asked for a decaf coffee in the late afternoon. I ended up not being able to sleep most of the night so I called and spoke to the manager Jason in the morning. He was very helpful. He gave me a refund, a free drink, and a recovery card. He said he takes caffeine sensitivities seriously and he will talk to the staff about making drinks correctly.“
