“Kudos to Eve, she is an excellent employee as well as the rest of them that were on shift this evening.
This was actually our second stop at a Taco Bell after having such terrible service at the Taco Bell on Vienna Rd (look the review I left for them) lazy employee (young female) there.
Anyway this Birch Run Taco Bell 🔔 is definitely deserving of this
5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review! I asked “Do we have to use the kiosk to order, or can you take our order at the counter?” The young lady here was happy to help us… She replied: “No, you don’t have the kiosk, I can take care of you!” As she pointed to the counter! 😁😁 Needless to say we’re very happy to be greeted by such a great employee as her “Eve”! It’s so nice to know THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMON SENSE and GREAT WORK ETHIC and treat their customers the way we’re supposed to be treated! They actually had our food out before we could finish filling our drink cups.
Thank you, and thanks to ALL THE STAFF there this evening. It took her all of a minute, minute and a half tops to take our order! We enjoyed our meal, the place was clean! ❣️❤️Kudos to you all! I highly recommend this location❣️❤️“

No matter how busy it gets, he stays courteous and friendly every single time. His customer service is truly on point, and it makes such a difference. “My food was made fast. Like really fast. Even in the rush they got my order right and did it perfectly how I asked. Given I asked for a lot. The food tasted great. Fresh and completely cooked though. I’m so happy I decided to try this Taco Bell.“
