“The mini flautas were great, as well as their chicken fajitas and horchata!!! Better than Entre Amigos for sure! Their salsa was thin, with a mild spice and great on chips (although I would like it a little more spicy). No alcoholic drinks, but that's not necessarily a negative for me. Will be eating here again for sure!! Will also be recommending them to everyone :)“
“They helped me fix an order that I myself messed up on [was ordering for family] on my way out the door while they were busy. The food was awesome, the service was fantastic, and my only note on the atmosphere was that it was a little chilly ?Kid-friendliness: They're very kind to the kiddos, and the kids love being able to watch them make the food.“
“Under new management (and the new name, El Carretonero) since 2022. The main entrance is on Main Street about a block from the main drag of downtown. Fairly standard Mexican-American cuisine; the chips were warm and the salsa was fine. One of the staff offered us a small sample of the salsa used for the tacos; it has a bit of a kick, and there are three hot sauces on your table to choose from. Service is friendly. There's a vegetarian combos section, although I strongly suspect there's chicken stock in the rice and I didn't ask about lard in the beans. They were happy to give me a cheese quesadilla with fajita vegetables which I dosed with the salsa; my companions had the fajitas and were satisfied. Oddly enough, in addition to the standard Mexican desserts (flan, sopapillas, churros) they have a couple of Italian desserts on the dessert menu (tiramisu!). I got the "Copa Caffe" which was a pre-packaged food service ice cream/coffee dessert with chocolate coffee beans, which was quite tasty (note that it should be stirred; there's a slug of sweet frozen coffee syrup in the bottom). No liquor license but a variety of soft drinks including Jarritos. No new culinary frontiers are being braved here, but it's a solid choice. The restaurant setup is a little weird; the restaurant was obviously expanded at one point (the expansion to the original restaurant clearly features sidewalk instead of floors and an uninsulated roof, like a closed-in sun room) but there's still room for outdoor seating.“
“I ordered on the app and we went through drive thru. I forgot to order a few drinks so I went inside. I am blind so ordering on the screen inside is impossible. Luckily a fantastic young lady named Nova stepped up and asked if I needed help and did the whole process for me. Thank you so much to Nova and to tacobell for hiring great people.“

“I visited minutes before breakfast ended, and was served the hottest and most satisfying crunch wrap Ive ever had, today. They forgot the fire sauce but the fire wasnt necessary the crunch wrap was so on point. Bonus for being greeted and served with smiles. That made my morning. Thanks!“
“Entre Amigos is my go-to for when I'm craving Mexican food when I visit family in Midland, MI. They easily accommodate large groups. Food always comes out to the table quiltly & hot! I love their burritos & encliades. Salsa & chips taste great for quick appetizer. Staff is friendly and attentive. Large portions and great for warm-up leftovers. Highly reccommed!!!“
“Notice the cashier scrambling a bit but didn't pay it much attention, and they seemed to have it under control until i left. I noticed my drinks had no ice. Now I understood why they were scrambling, why they didn't inform me, or offer to upgrade it to a freeze so I could have a cold drink I will never know. Nacho best employee, I'm sure he won't last long. Im not one to raise a stink, but im sure im not the only one treated this way, and they're prob not as nice. And when they do complain its, Adios amigo!“
“The food was amazing! All of our entrees were so good the street tacos smelled amazing and tasted great. I ordered the chimichanga with chicken, and it had amazing flavor. Our waiter, Omar(at least that's the name on our receipt for our server), was so friendly and provided amazing service. He made sure our drinks stayed full and checked on us often. Would highly recommend for good food and amazing service.“
