A little frustrated with my experience today. I ordered a cold brew and a turkey, bacon, avocado bagel sandwich. Cold brew came out quickly and was very tasty, but I waited 30min for the sandwich only for it to seem like they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if it was coming out soon. Finally got my sandwich 10mins later. It was tasty, but not worth 2/3 of my lunch break waiting. No apology or refund offered.
Took a while to get my food, the bagel was already cold and hard by then
Hard to justify a good review regardless of food quality. It took me over half an hour to receive one bagel sandwich. Rough first experience.
The sandwich was good but very messily thrown together. It was practically deconstructed when I opened my bag. Might be best to not go during rushes
