Ordered mocha frappuccino, made me iced mocha(so bitter that I can't even swallow with a small sip). Asked to replace with the right drink, got refused with rolling up eyes, and told me to pay another $5 for it if I want replacement. So disappointed with the best coffee brand that I always go with. (Rude service!!!!!)
