“This morning I ordered a Greek yogurt and fruit bowl and whoever made it the first time messed it up, forgetting half of the fruit in there. I assumed whoever made it must've been training and just read the receipt wrong. I called and I'm not sure what her name was, but the employee literally left work to bring me an entirely new bowl! I was extremely grateful as I was stuck at work and couldn't leave at any point soon to get this fixed. I tried to offer her a tip and she absolutely refused! Extremely grateful as I was really needing that bowl and was super sad it was messed up. She saved the day and I totally forgot to ask what her name was. To that woman, Thank you so much, she truly embodied amazing customer service beyond measure.“
