10/05/2023 An employee by the name of Elizabeth, who introduced herself as the manager was rude and argumentative with me . I told her I was going to report her to corporate she said go ahead and as I drove away she said I hope you have a day you deserve. Very rude and disrespectful I won’t be going there again. Location : Remus rd and Lincoln.
Stopped by drive thru late last night. We were told to pull ahead to wait for our burgers and fries. When she finally came out, she handed us a light feeling bag. My husband went through it and handed to to me to go through it..It only had fries in it. She gave us the wrong bag. She handed us another bag to go through and that one was correct. She then took the bag full of fries to another car waiting in the lot. She gave them the bag of fries that we had both dug through looking...read full review

I used the kiosk to order, it took over one half hour to get our food. Fries were warm and not crisp. Restroom was nasty too. McDonald's has really dropped in convenience, quality and service.
