The Owosso MI store has improved so much before and since Covid. The weekday staff are on it! Thank you to whomever ever fixed this store. Weekends are still a little rough around the edges, but hopefully, that is a work in progress also!
Tim Hortons is awesome, but the biggest issue with this location is that they just close whenever. It's obviously either an employee issue or that they didn't get a shipment of supplies, but it happens way too often, almost weekly. Something needs to give. When they are open, the staff is great, fast working, and the food is pretty good too. Granted a cup of coffee shouldn't be the thing to steer my day, but when I need a wake me up and a garbage can or chain is blocking the drive-thru...read full review

Donuts were good, ordered coffee with cream, was asked how many we wanted told thenDrove off before drinking coffee and found it was black. We told hee twice we wanted cream in it, she asked how many yet served it black.
