We stopped here for some dinner. The woman handling the counter was friendly and made some good suggestions. We got the beef pasties, some gravy, ketchup and also some apple dessert pasties. These were all fresh and tasty choices! The crust was light, but the perfect vehicle to hold the delicious fillings. We preferred the gravy with the beef, and we want to come back for some blueberry pasties next time. We will be back!
We have always wanted to try pasties. Muldoon's had good reviews, so we decided to try them. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ordered the beef pasty meal and the chicken pasty meal. The meal included the pasty, coleslaw, and a drink; a great value for the money. They also offered an apple and a cherry pasty; we ordered the cherry. The pasties were huge, more than enough for 2. Everything was delicious, a definite must.
Spent a week in the U.P. and tried several pasties. Muldoon's, Lehto's, Sposito's, and the Bear Trap. All were good but Muldoon's was the best. It had the most filling and flakiest crust.
Paul waited on us and was very friendly and polite. Muldoon's is a must stop when in Munising.
