Great service from the Sunday night girls!
Drink was very good and the service was fast. I definitely will tell my friends!

Small, quiet place. Slow service as lots of employees were talking to each other, I believe someone might've been receiving training. Seasonal drink was average as it usually is.
Just giving thanks to these locations here in Muskegon and on Apple Street

BIGGBY COFFEE is a popular coffee shop that offers a variety of beverages and food options. The coffee is generally good, but customers have had mixed experiences with the service. The interior is quiet and relaxing, with music playing in the background. Despite some inconsistencies with order accuracy and friendliness of staff, BIGGBY COFFEE remains a popular choice for those seeking a quick caffeine fix or a casual dining experience. The manager has created a great atmosphere, and the employees are often kind and professional, greeting regular customers by name. However, there can be longer wait times, especially for made-to-order items like sandwiches, and the prices are on the higher end compared to other coffee chains.
