Chef Amanda Miller and all the culinary staff at Courses create the most delicious offerings including the best New England clam chowder I’ve ever enjoyed. The desserts are also world class.
What a hidden gem! We had lunch at the Muskegon Culinary Institute Restaurant today, and I was incredibly impressed. The prices were very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding.

Today I had lunch at the Courses restaurant which is a training restaurant at the Muskegon downtown Baker College culinary school. Lunch was wonderful. I ordered the falafel sandwich. This was quite possibly the very best falafel sandwich I've ever had. Everything was perfectly fresh; including the pickled onion. I am going to return next week again for lunch. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. The prices are more than reasonable.
