Courses Restaurant Reviews
Today I had lunch at the Courses restaurant which is a training restaurant at the Muskegon downtown Baker College culinary school. Lunch was wonderful. I ordered the falafel sandwich. This was quite possibly the very best falafel sandwich I've ever had. Everything was perfectly fresh; including the pickled onion. I am going to return next week again for lunch. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. The prices are more than reasonable.
What a great experience, both for the student and the consumer, the food was superb. The recipe is unique. The ambiance fun and laid back
This is a cooking school and boy do they know how to cook. Good luck finding them open, and Lord help you if you insist on sensible service, but the food is great and they will eventually get you things like: a refresh on your ice tea or catsup for your fries. Their focus is on the oh so tasty food so forgive them if they need a reminder on the other details.
Courses Restaurant, located within the Culinary Institute of Michigan, offers a unique dining experience led by students. Consistently good service, generous portions, and high-quality food make it a great value for the price. The menu changes regularly, so it's recommended to check the website before visiting. The restaurant is open at various times throughout the year, and it's essential to check online for dates. The food is exceptional, with standout dishes including pierogi and cream of mushroom soup. The drinks are also delicious, with options like blueberry lemonade made from scratch. The staff, comprised of students, are nervous but do an outstanding job, demonstrating attention to detail and flavor. With a focus on the food, the restaurant may not compromise on other aspects, but the culinary expertise shines through. Overall, Courses Restaurant is an excellent choice for a memorable dining experience in Muskegon.
