Cold fries are gross. Also there was no long line but every car had to wait in a pickup spot for some reason.
Often busy, and are clearly horrible under pressure. No one ever is at the front counter to help or even greet their customers leaving people to pile up frustrated in the lobby with no answers. They are unprepared, unorganized and unprofessional to say the very lest.
