North Pole Ice Cream is a popular local ice cream shop known for its generous portions and wide variety of options, including sundaes, shakes/malts, and both soft and hard serve. The shop is often bustling with customers, though it can sometimes be understaffed, leading to longer wait times. While the prices have increased, some customers feel the quantity has decreased, making the value less appealing than in the past.
