Ordered food at 5:08 with an estimated delivery time of 25-35 mins or 5:40. Here it is 3 hrs later and no food. Was told around 630 they just got power back and ours way next once a driver got back, but wouldn’t give an estimated time. I tried again around 730 and got disconnected 2x. Then around 745 I got through to someone he said they just got power back on. I said you guys said that over an hour ago. He said yea , then I asked if we were going to get fresh food? If your schedule says you close at 11 pm, you must go by it!
Called on my way there at 10:20, no answer three times. Decided to stop in and order at 10:30. Terrible mood from the lady on the other side of the counter. While I was inside I called again to make sure the phone was working, it was… the lady and the rest of the people completely ignored the phone.
There were no customers inside either.
