I walked in to the Harvey Street location for the first time ever the kid behind the counter just stood there wouldn’t make eye contact. Finally, I said, are you ready for me and he said yeah and he just stood there. He never acted very rude, so I said never mind and I walked out. First impressions are everything and you lost a potential customer never felt like I was even welcomed there. It was more like I was a big nuisance.
I got coupons from a friend for her dance team. I’ve been going twice a month since March. I’ve tried a sandwich, wrap, flatbread. I just realized today (after I went to the Grand Haven location) that I’ve never been given a side (chips or an apple) with my meal. Not sure if it varies by location, but I’ve been there on 5 different occasions with no side. Kinda feel gypped.
literally just threw away a whole sandwich because for the third time in a row I ordered a meatless item and received chicken on. Norton shores Michigan manager was very rude.
