“Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!”

“Hands down best burger and fries I have ever eaten. We eat there A LOT! The prices are great, the owners & servers are extremely friendly. Always letting me know what and when the next special will be. Expanding their restaurant would be amazing, I’m certain that if they did it would still be just as busy! I love their rewards program, since we eat there quite a bit, we’ve saved on our bill several times. #loyalcustomer”

“Heather did an amazing job with our wedding desserts! She was very professional, responsive, and kind. The cake was beautifully decorated, and all of the desserts (cake, cupcakes, and pies) were fantastic! All of the guests were obsessed with them! I would recommend her to anybody!”

“The atmosphere is wonderful! You can sit down and relax, read a book, meet with friends, have a business meeting, etc. and it’s the perfect spot. It is decorated so beautifully and the toasted marshmallow latte is 10 stars! It was also busy when I was in, as the Brokerage House happened to be in and buying drinks for everyone - and the staff was exceptional. So courteous and quick!”

“This is the best ice cream anywhere. And I even am comparing it to other Dairy Queen's. They serve the ice cream at the correct temperature. A lot of places don't know how to keep track of the temperature that the ice cream should be. Always so creamy. Some ice cream is too cold believe it or not.”

“There are few places my Granddaughter insists on going to for our Saturday breakfast dates, but Blue Moon is by far her favorite and we go often. The staff and food is awesome. I always get the same thing but she is more adventurous and tries something different. Recommend this as a 10 out of 10!”
