Honestly, the food was pretty decent. My partner really loved the pasta (chicken alfredo). The pizza was alright, slightly burnt around the edges. The “dinner for two deal” ($55) was a decent deal for the food you got. Came with soup/salad, one (2 topping) pizza, a main entree (pasta), and dessert (coffee and a cookie). Did get a 3% fee, which we didn’t know about.

Our Brewster's experience was spectacular. The service was great, cacio e pepe was *the best* I've ever had (in fact, I'm on here to write this after just paying close to $80 for a super fancy but ultimately inferior attempt by Giada's on the Vegas strip), and we enjoyed ourselves so much we went again for breakfast the next morning.Don't sleep on Brewster's. We're likely going to make the drive from SE Michigan somewhat regularly to dine here.Update a year later - after extensive research before a trip to NYC, we found an osteria famed for their cacio e pepe. They, too, cannot hold a candle to Brewster's. So impressed and needing to drive across the state soon for dinner! :)

Fantastic food and drinks, lovely atmosphere sitting on the veranda on a chilly but beautifully bright day, service was outstanding. Wish we were local because we would eat here all the time! The Betty White pizza was delicious, and the cornbread was a very pleasant surprise.

-They don't devein the shrimp-She added a 3% convenience fee to the check before we paid and we were using cash but there's a sign upfront that says the fee will be added after, ONLY if you are using a credit card.-She did not give us any coffee as the 2 for $55 stated-She charged extra for the pizza toppings but they were just the regular toppings not the upgraded ones that she stated.

The food was excellent, service a bit scattered. I would give it 5 stars for the food 3.75 stars for the service and if y'all allowed 4.5 stars, that's where I would put it from our experience on that particular evening. Rounded it up to five stars on the basis of the food.

The atmosphere is cozy warm and welcoming. Our server was very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. They bring complimentary mini muffins to the table. They are crunchy on top soft on the bottom and are a little sweet. A very nice start. They have a nice sized breakfast menu with lots of choices. Including vegan options. To drink I had a latte known as a warm hug. It's made with cinnamon and caramel. It was very enjoyable. For my meal I had a meal called the mess which is cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, red peppers, potatoes, eggs and garlic all mixed together and served with a biscuit and jam. It was very good. All very mild flavors and soft yet somewhat crunchy textures. A really nice meal to start the day. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend.

We have been coming to Brewster's for our anniversary for at least 20 years. Tonight, they treated us! The food was delicious, the place is cozy, and our server, Kim, was excellent! Thank you for making our day special. We are already looking forward to next year!
