Wow. That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of my recent experience at Burger King on Pittsfield Road. On the way home from shopping at Stop & Shop in Lenox, my son asked for food from Burger King. I can’t remember the last time I have been there. I almost said no but I am so thankful I did not. The drive-thru service is often fast and friendly, with staff members providing above-average service. The restaurant is very clean and has a homey atmosphere inside, making it a comfortable place to visit. While the presentation of the kids' burgers could be improved, the overall experience remains commendable, especially for a new location. The restaurant consistently serves hot, fresh food, and the fries are often still hot when finished.
