“I don't usually do reviews or call the place to commend them but this time I Am !!
We always go to this McDonald's at 26 & Gratiot when we are home because they actually take pride in what they do !!! Because of an Egg/Chicken allergy I'm limited on what I can have.
I just had the absolute BEST Quarter Pounder meal I've ever had from ANY Mcdonald's I've ever been to !!! HUGE PROPS to Charlie who I found out is who made it after I called to thank them. Charlie was also the manager, so If ALL the other Mcdonald's need to be shown how to do it perfect and taste great, put Charlie in charge of it, fly him all over the country teaching employees how to do it, and give him 6 figures !!! Seriously !!!“

“This Subway has been amazing since the new ownership took over! You can really tell the difference, ingredients are fresher, the portions are generous, and the service has been top notch. The staff is friendlier, the restaurant is cleaner, and the overall experience has improved. It’s clear that the new management cares about quality and customer satisfaction. “I almost never review chain brands. However, this Subway caught my attention while ordering because the staff went through lengths while I was inside to clean and sanitize everything.
I overheard conversations about keeping their store with some Subway rating, and they wanted to achieve a much higher standard. It was good to hear that the team wanted a specific goal, which was to make that location even better.
That makes me feel more confident as a consumer of their food.
I didn't see "piss poor management," What I witnessed was Megan, the manager going through lengths to provide excellent services all across the business.“

“This place is definitely worth the price, the portion sizes were huge and everything was delicious. You can tell the owner cooks with love and pride and really cares about his customers enjoying the food. It was our first time trying the place but we will absolutely return.“

“Saw them on FOX2 Sunday 9/7, the food looked really tasty, then they showed their wings. Got the 25 for $25 and....THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST. We haven't had takeout wings THIS DELICIOUS in literally years. The Savvy Sauce was good paired with, but we never had it and it had a heavy dill herb flavor to us. Still delicious, when we order again (addicted!) we're going to try a different sauce. So glad they have such awesome chicken so close to home!!!“
