“My daughter-in-law brought me here for my first with my granddaughters. The whipped feta appetizer was great! Addictively salty, sweet, and spicy with the perfect bread on the side. The kids menu ice cream sundae was the perfect finish!“

The food was good and presented nicely. Their fall bruchetta tasted a little like a dessert, mixing sweet with savory. The charcuterie board had a good variety of cheese & meat, but not a good selection of bread/crackers...just long, thin almost bland crisps that looked nice but didn't compliment the selection. The cocktail I selected was slightly spicy - a good tequila blend!
Our server was polite & friendly, but didn't even give us an opportunity to split checks. She dropped the bill and ran!“

“We had our wedding shower at Guernsey Restaurant last weekend & could not have asked for a better experience! We had 35 people and the waitresses were on top of everything the entire time. I’m not sure if this was planned or if she just did it, but one of the waitresses was almost entirely dedicated to me as the bride, making sure I was never without a drink, being there for anything that was needed, they were wonderful! The food was amazing and of course the ice cream is the best around, but the service was what made it truly special!“

Throw in their old TV playing classic black/white movies and the place just has a vibe. “My family came out to try this place out and we will be back. Tilly was the name on the check but Rachel took care of us. We didn’t know she was in training until the end of the meal when she brought us the check and asked what she said her name was, she explained she was training tonight and we were so impressed. We thought she worked there for years. Everything was perfect she was so friendly and made us laugh we felt like we had known her for years. We will definitely be back and asking for Rachel“

It tends to get a bit too loud for quiet conversation Sunday early afternoon (Church crowd), especially for those with any hearing deficits. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. Any other time, nice and quiet.“
