Hadn't had Buddy's Pizza for awhile so thought we'd try it. Nothing special. Pizza was deep dish and it was good. Service lacked a bit and it wasn't busy. No frozen drinks so I had a mixed drink. It was small and lots of ice. Probably won't go back any time soon.

In town for a work trip and spent the majority of my prep time researching the best place to get Detroit pizza in the area, and all signs pointed to Buddy’s. Called in an order to be picked up after work and was impressed with the speed and quality of their takeout. Nick, who worked the separate takeout area in the back, was super friendly and made sure my order was correct before leaving. I got the 4 cut Super 6 Mile and it didn’t disappoint. I'm a huge Buddy's fan! I agree with my daughter that their thick minestrone soup is exceptional. After our soup, we three shared an 8-piece make-your-own square pizza. A perfect lunch for this Detroiter.
