Me and my boys come regularly to CPK. We dinned in 08/25 and had the worst experience. The guy waitress was very rude and seemed like he did not want to seat us. Then our server, did not provide her name, barely engaged with us and told me I could not use my "kids eat half off coupon." The service was terrible!!!! I couldn't leave a tip, because the service was that bad. I checked my card a few days later, the waitress tipped herself 9$. I called to speak with the manager, Ray, informed him what happened. He stated he would follow up by the end of the day, he never called back nor issued a refund for the fraud. SAD!!!!!

I would not recomend this place to anyone, food was terrible way to pricey. I will never ever eat at this place again. Came home and order a real pizza from jets.

Extremely skilled at skirting eye contact to avoid helping customers. Stood at the hostess stand for several minutes being ignored by several of the staff and then moved myself to the takeout counter where I was ignored by practically every employee. Finally got a”we’ll be right with you” after 7 minutes. Terrible service.

2 stars as the staff were friendly. However as a party of 5; 1 got the wrong order (they made it correctlywhen asked but it took longer). Nothing was exceptionally good taste wise, portions were small for the money too. (Expensive too)

found a pube hair in my water. asked for extra bread and the waitress had to say in the most rude voice “sure…” and went to the other worker and was talking about WHILE looking at us. such bad service.

I like the food I guess, but it’s def not worth the price. The tortilla soup is my childhood favorite. I liked the chipotle pizza but the garlic cream fettuccine was tasteless

I was dining in at CPK Novi this evening when I witnessed a manager berate an employee behind the bar. I did not hear what he was saying but the employee looked extremely uncomfortable and I could overhear other employees telling the manager to stop. This is extremely unprofessional and made for a terrible dining experience. Food and service was great, but I will not be returning if this is how they treat their staff. Servers deal with enough already, to see management act like that was absolutely unacceptable and disturbing.

I do not recommend this location. Front House Staff told us we'd be seated within 1 hour. We came back and they told us 20 minutes. We came back they told us another 1 hour!!! They seated lots of guests before us in a space they could've sat our party. They kept telling us "we're busy". The guys coming in after us should be waiting.

Amazing service! Server was prompt and attentive and very personable without being obnoxious. The food is MEH, could've ordered from Dominoes but it will do.
