Have been going to this place for years - and it's been steadily going downhill.
Tonight was the last straw. I call up to order a carryout - first you run the gauntlet of a RIDICULOUS phone system. Then, finally, you get someone on the phone, answering "Ciao!" I guess that means it's an Italian place. LOL
