I don't want to sound petty, but I eat breakfast at Chik fil a nearly every morning. I have been going out of my way by several miles to go to the Northville store, because the Novi store no longer toasts the muffin if you order a breakfast sandwich with an English muffin. And many times the sandwich is microwaved. This again may sound insignificant, but toasting the muffin vs. microwaving it has a huge impact on the flavor and texture of the sandwich. Unfortunately, this was not the greatest experience. We were not in line for that long. We were asked to pull ahead and wait for our order. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food. Our drinks were already made and sitting in the window, so those were given to us. My husbands frozen drink and the ice in the other drinks were all melted and watered down by the time we got our food.
