The staff is friendly , the cookies are good, of course. The only complaint i have is why do I have to sit on a narrow window sill while waiting a long line to get my orders....there is plenty of room for a bench or 2 or 3 even while waiting , that is just a no brainer , very expensive cookies to stand for 30 minutes. Why not allow us to sit and wait .
Very thankful for Noah and Isabella on 2/13 @ 9:08pm. The team delivered outstanding customer service despite the rush and high demand of Dubai chocolate cookie. I will definitely be coming to this location rather than novi.
Crumbl is always a fun treat! The cookies are big, soft, and full of flavor — definitely made for sharing (or not, no judgment). The rotating weekly flavors keep things interesting, and the presentation is top-notch. Some flavors can be very sweet, so a little goes a long way, but overall it’s a great place to grab something special. The pink box makes it feel like a gift every time!
