In town for work. Love Firehouse and eat there everywhere I go. Ordered my sandwich online for a 11:40 am pick up. Arrived at 11:40 am. There is no way to pick up an online order except the drive thru. Lobby is locked. I was unable to pick up my sandwich until almost 12:00. I specifically asked for a receipt at the window. Two reasons, need it for expense report and wanted the survey.
