I accidentally place my order somewhere else on my one and approached the counter for help, the manger was a few steps away and noticed and sent someone to help me once I asked for help to cancel my order or change it the employee said I don t know can’t help…. Walked away while I was left to figure out my problem on my own I wish places had decent costumers service now days
Food is generally accurate and fresh in my experience.
Overall good experience. It was great to see someone come out and wipe down some tables; I hardly ever see people actually clean the dining area at fast food restaurants. The food was good, and for once I saw booths and bench with padded cushions. I thought they went out of style.

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food chain known for its friendly and fast service. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including the Chicken Chalupa, which can be ordered through the kiosk or app. The lobby is mostly clean and organized, with a drink station that is well-kept. The employees are generally helpful and attentive, with one reviewer mentioning that Nate provided a welcoming experience. However, there have been some concerns about the cleanliness of the tables and floor, as well as staff being overwhelmed during busy times. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the hot and fresh food and the positive attitude of the workers. Overall, Taco Bell continues to provide great service and a pleasant atmosphere.
