As a business owner, I really appreciate good customer service. I pulled into this location around midnight and it was super busy! The drive thru line was almost out to the street. I seriously considered leaving without ordering but I heard this very polite voice over the speaker apologizing for the long wait, over and over again. Restaurant refused to fulfill my order, and then I was told to pull through and figure it out myself.
Rude employees that refuse to acknowledge customers. Lazy management that doesn’t fix any issue such as the blender being broken for over a week. I mean seriously. What kind of multibillion dollar corporation can’t fix a $40 appliance
