I read some of the other reviews and was actually surprised! I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and I thought the customer service was fine! The 2 workers were not overly friendly; they did take a minute or two to address me since they had their backs turned, but that wasn't a big issue. I asked to try out flavors, I ended up sampling 4/6 flavors and they had no issues giving me the samples. Stopped in on a Monday evening while the mall was pretty empty. My first time trying Pinkberry. While the service was great, especially since we were the only customer. The ice cream was definitely not good. We ordered the Original, Chocolate Hazelnut, and the Vanilla Bean. The original tasted plain and very sour, the CH barely had a taste to it, and same with the VB. Even with toppings it was a let down. I’ve learned that Pinkberry flavors are not for me.

This location is WAY BETTER than the airport location!!! This location even had a new flavor that was purple and it was Amazing!!! Their smoothie tasted GREAT!!! The airport NEVER keeps the smoothies in stock. But this location Does and provided Excellent customer service!!!
