Great food every time I come here (and I come here a lot). Food is so tasty and service is great, and of course the Cheesecake is awesome.... Oh BTW I always order the Low Carb Cheesecake made with Splenda...
Our experience was, to say the least, subpar. It was my daughter's birthday. We came all the way from Saginaw to have a birthday meal with you. We spent just short of 2 hours there with you (after being seated) always waiting. Our waitress was very pleasant, but was seriously lacking. She was on top of the water refills though. Somehow my daughter's meal (the birthday girl) was made or ordered incorrectly. The manager came out and told us this, after everyone else already...
The food was very good and everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. However, the service did not meet expectations.
We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes before our server took our order, and approximately 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Only two waters were initially brought for our party, my water was forgotten until I asked again, and our bread refill did not arrive until we were already well into our meal.
