Everything was great food was great cocktail great only problem I experience was I received a reward from cheesecake factory for my Birthday which was a certificate for a slice of cheesecake I presented it to my server and it was not honored for some reason my phone number which they had was not correct so I just paid for my slice. Service was very good. Food was so-so. My potatoes were tasty, but only warm. Waffle was smaller than expected and they skimped on the Hollandaise sauce.

Burnt crispy and unable to get through to anyone to remedy. Added a photo for reference. Dissappointing because it's pricey and used to be top tier quality. Didn't want to leave a review but can't get through to anyone.
