“We do takeout regularly from Turks and it’s always perfect. Tonight (NYE 2025) we had company and ordered takeout for all of us. There was a mixup and my bf brought home the wrong bag of food. Turks recooked our order, told us to keep the wrong order as well, and even gave us a gift card for the inconvenience and delay. Very impressed! You guys are amazing.”

“This is our first time here and from the start our service was awful! We stood by a sign that said wait to be seated as two waitress was went past us and never said a word. We asked, “do we seat ourselves?” As one dashed by and she said, “yes I thought someone told you.” So we sit down and wait and no one serves us. My husband finally had to go get someone, again. 3 waitresses we’re walking by our table. I think it’s obvious we won’t be back, even if the food is good.”

“Norm's Ice Cream is hands down one of those places you keep coming back to. Yesterday was our first visit of the year, and it did not disappoint. As always the portions are huge, the ice cream is rich and creamy, and they’ve got a great variety of flavors to choose from.

I especially love that they serve Hudsonville Ice Cream, you really can’t go wrong with it. Whether you’re going classic or trying something new, it’s always on point.

The staff is friendly and moves quick even when there’s a line, which is a huge plus. Prices are more than fair for what you get, and they definitely don’t skimp on scoops.

Perfect spot to bring the family or just stop by and treat yourself. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!”

“I enjoyed lunch yesterday at Village Baker. I went with the half sand and cup of soup combo. I had mushroom barley soup with my grilled tuna sand. Both were heavenly. A side of fries and a pickle was included. You get to choose your side. Pro tip: I was by myself and so I did not have to wait 'cause I ate at the bar. When the bill came the bartender gave me $ 5 off as a first timer! So I gave her back the $5 as her well-deserved tip. I also bought a loaf of very fresh sourdough bread and two breakfast cookies. This is my new "happy place" and I am looking forward to returning soon for another great experience.”

They are all truly a special group who should hold classes on how customer service should be done. Not to short change the food! The absolute best burgers and grilled cheese ive had since Mr Fables closed years and years ago. I didnt think anything would ever compare, but then Mikeys opened up in Spring Lake! Not only is the food and staff amazing, but the way that Mikey gives back to the community, especially the community that needs help the most. Mike also, is a huge supporter of high school sports as well, and his influence alone will make a huge impact on our future generations. Again, I cant say enough good, but I hope I did it some justice.”

“This is great casual place to eat. We chose to dine in and the place was very clean. I ordered fried shrimp dumplings and spicy chicken tacos. Wife ordered chicken fried rice and chicken katsu on white rice. Everything was delicious and we will be eating there again.”

“When I tell you this is SUCH a hidden gem, by far my go-to restaurant for sushi. I am a returning customer, and any time I have guests over I recommend this place!
Everything on this menu tastes fresh and juicy.
My only complaint is that the restaurant itself is very small with limited seating so its ideal for smaller parties. I really hope they are blessed to move locations one day to a bigger facility!”

“This is a family favorite for everyone to get some ice cream and let the kids play on the playground. They have a pen with goats, basketball hoops area, water racing ducks, a sandbox, and traditional playground equipment. The playground equipment is fun and well cared for. Bathrooms available. Plenty of seating inside or out. You can get Hundsonville ice cream or soft serve. They have amazing cookie ice cream sandwiches too. The season is short for this place, so make sure to visit before summer is over! Highly recommend!”
