“The place was awesome great burgers and extremely great prices. The wait staff was great me and my wife popped in for a beer and some food. We were greeted instantly when we walked in And we had drinks in front of us in about 2 minutes The food was awesome The burgers range from about 8 bucks to 12 bucks depending on what you order. The fries were like five bucks for a whole basket. They also have outdoor seating with a nice patio in downtown Utica which is great. Right down the street from Jimmy John's field. You could definitely sit out on the patio and watch the fireworks when the field is doing them. Could definitely bring children here. Not so much wheelchair friendly as there are a couple steps inside. Although I'm sure you can manage somehow. There are plenty of places to park around the back there's a big lot that you can park in down the road or you can get lucky and get a spot in downtown Utica. The service was fantastic The burgers were cooked to perfection and drinks were ice cold what more could you ask for. I'm definitely recommending this place and we will definitely be back You can't beat it.

“I attended a bridal shower here. The venue was beautiful and clean. The food was excellent. The chef even came out to talk with people who had dietary restrictions and prepared them dishes they could eat using the ingredients he was using for the main menu. It was above and beyond, and I'm sure it was appreciated. Thank you for a beautiful event.“

“Where do I even start! This is hands down, the premier cigar bar! I’ve gone to a few others and they don’t compare to DCs. Chris and Donny (owner) has done an incredible job. First off, the ventilation. On a packed night, the place isn’t even overly cloudy or smokey, great ventilation. Their humidor also offers a great selection of cigars at affordable prices. Next the food. Everything in the menu is top notch and other very affordable. The steak bites, deviled eggs, burgers, fries, everything, 5 out of 5. Now, the atmosphere, unlike any other cigar bar. It’s classy, looks good, clean, and always has a great mix in music and tv selection. They also have a hell of a drink selection, very impressive. Lastly, the staff. I’ve become a regular over the last six months and have had the pleasure to work with some of the best in the business. Sarah and Rheanna are amazing, they don’t get any better than these two! They’re friendly, treat you like they’ve known you for years, professional and know their business. Most would say they do this for the tips, they don’t. They do it because that’s just who they are, just friendly and sweet. Joe is also one hell of a guy! Everybody on the staff makes time for you. The moment you walk in, they greet you by name. They have an incredible staff, that’s what keeps you coming back. “We stopped in after a football game. We are not from the area but found this gem of a place. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our server was
Bonny with a "y" cause she's Irish and was the absolute best. We had appetizers and a few beers. The food was great ..best fried pickle chips we have ever had and the egg rolls as well as the cheese curds. We will go back when we are on that side of town.“

Today our server was honestly a little rude, which made our experience unexpectedly poor. “I took my two son’s here today. My youngest has autism and others’ kindly describe him as “a handful.” Accurate. The server comes over and asks for our drinks. She brings them back and my son just throws the cup across the aisle. And then laughs. Autism is super fun like that. Lauren (the server) was super nice about the mess. Another female server cleaned up the milk. They were both very understanding and it helped so much - probably more than they realize! I tipped them both but I hope a manager sees this, because, they are awesome employees!! You’re lucky to have them!“

“We enjoyed our time at the HUB. We went for a small birthday party and did the golfing simulator and bombowling. The golf simulator is not TopGolf so I’m not sure why it’s labeled as such… we had several issues with the simulator and no one knew enough about it to assist. The bombowling was fun, but at $100/hr for the lane, it’s a bit steep. We were able to get a few games in with 6 people but once it gets crowded it can be problematic with footballs flying and bouncing everywhere. Overall, I’d come back with a larger group so you can split costs evenly. Prices can start to get higher if it’s less than 4 people.“

“We came in last week to celebrate a birthday in the family. I called earlier in the day to see what would be the best option, because we had seven people. I figured they didn't do reservations, which I confirmed on the phone. I asked if there was a website or an app that I could add my name to, to help make the wait time shorter if they were busy. I was told no. There were zero options. So I asked if the only way was to just show up and hope for the best. Was told yes. So that's what we did. Of course, when we got there, they were slammed, and we were told the wait was 25 minutes. After I stood there for nearly 40 minutes, waiting and staring at the sign that said "Skip the Line! Download our app!" I asked the hostess if the table was almost ready and expressed my frustration with the phone call I had earlier. She sat us a few moments later, and things got better from there.

Our server, Carter, was a polite young man. He was patient and took great care of us. The food took a little while to come out, which was expected because they were busy. My chicken was perfect, the triple dippers were delicious. My husband's burger was ok, not the greatest, but not awful. Carter kept our drinks full and checked on us often. He kept our cake in the cooler and brought it with plates and silverware after our meal. Overall, it was a great night out with family.“

“Red Knapps is a good comfort food restaurant with some surprisingly wonderful, more formal dishes to offer as well. This is our go-to place when nothing else appeals to us. The atmosphere has a genuinely tasteful feel with paneled walls, coved ceilings, and large pictures of horses here and there. The bar area is often well attended, and I believe that televised sports are on the televisions.
Wait Staff is ALWAYS very nice, pleasant, and efficient. There has never been a time that we've been disappointed or unhappy with our service nor our food.“

“So nostalgic, my dad owned this restaurant bar back in 1993 when it was 4th St Bistro & Señor Froggs, so being back here and seeing it flourish truly makes my heart happy! The atmosphere is absolutely fabulous, and the service was quick and friendly from the moment we walked in. The drinks are incredible, especially the white chocolate raspberry with the chocolate mousse on the rim… YUM! It’s seriously amazing 🤩 The food is just as delicious. Whipped Feta! But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“

“Came in for an early lunch today and was pleasantly greeted by a sweet young lady at the front door. She had such a great smile and energy, very nice to see. Our server greeted us right away and was so upbeat. She took our order right away and our food came out so quick! As we were eating an older woman with long hair came to check on us. She was so nice and accommodating, asked us if everything was to our liking, if we needed anything else, and chatted with us as if we were old friends. We had such a great time that we will be back and hopefully see these three again. Just wish I would have gotten their names :(“
