“Ordered on the app to pickup in the lobby. When I got there my order and one other were all that was on the screen. Still took over 10 minutes to get my food. Seems that they prioritize drive thru over anything else. They served several drive thru customers before even thinking of completing my order.“
“So I ordered on the kiosk, once my order was placed I was informed by a female worker that the coffee I ordered was unable to be made that day, due to the machine rebooting. No big deal, they offered me any other kind of McCafe drink in exchange for the mishap. The next day I went in to have lunch again and the SAME kind woman from the day before REMEMBERED me, and let me know their machine was back up in case I ordered another coffee. The fact that this worker remembered my mishap from yesterday and made sure to let me know it was fixed made my day! It's nice to see kindness and compassion when most fast food workers lack it. I do not know her name, but her honesty and politeness were AMAZING.“
