McDonald's in Lansing

“My favorite one in the area. Usually quick in, quick out. For the hell of it I ordered the exact same thing I did at another mcdonalds on saginaw where I waited 42 mins for food. This one on creyts I ordered at 7:56 and had my food and out at 8:02. They are always extremely fast. With three in the area, this is one I will always go to.“

“I've never seen so many orders on the kvr monitor and manage to get an order right. I ordered a double cheese no muatard, with Mayo, ketchup, lettuce and tomato. 6pc chicken nuggets, and that new redbull dragonfruit drink and large fries. Not once have i ever tasted a burger sooo fresh and my entire order correct. A younger lady was nice to get me a water too despite being so busy and was very kind. I also heard the conversaton from the person up front at the register and was super kind too. No one waited for someone to come up to register for very long. 1 min at most. Did i mention i got the food super super fast despite them being the busiest McDonald's i have ever seen. Nor did anyone scream at each other to hurry or anything. Like they just all knew what they were doing. I think i'm going to go to this one rather than any other.

If people want to know there is a kids area but it's super small. Also all the tables where super clean and very well taken care of.

“I had left a bad review awhile back. They've gotten much better. Still fast food, so have realistic expectations, but for a McDonald's they're top-notch; in particular the current managers seem to really care about getting things right and listening to customers when there's problems.“

“Unless I got lucky on this round With all the negatives that I've been seeing here this is probably one of the second best McDonald's, as I've ever eaten at in the lansing holt I had ordered two double cheeseburgers and my burgers are usually Dry and salty, but these double cheeseburgers tasted like they were the cook to order burgers. Was on point and probably had some of the best quality. I've tasted from any McDonald's in a while. Whoever you guys had working today around 2pm good job on the food. Wish all the other mcdonalds in the are could have good quailty like today“

“I walked to this McDonalds for breakfast today, only to find they were having issues with their grill. The staff were exceedingly kind and generous in their offer of free food to make up for the time I had to wait. If it meant waiting with those wonderful staff, I would happily wait again.“

“On the occasion that I want McDonald's, I drive past the one closer to me to get to the Larch St location. The food has been fresh and fast every time.

I don't normally leave reviews for large franchises. That's how much better this one is.“

“They put spicy nuggets in my kids meal. Went back around to get it fixed. Whoever the guy was in the window with the blonde twists was a G. Got a laugh out of him yelling at them for putting spicy nuggets in a reg box. Real chill dude. Thank you!“

“Went through the drive thru they asked for us to pull up and park because they had to bring our food out, they brought the food at and forgot the drinks, so she went back and got the drinks but the way the drinks were handed to us wasn't professional.“

“Although it took a little while to get my fries via the drive thru, the girl working the first window this particular night (11/26/25) was very nice and went to grab my order instead of having to wait for the 2nd window. Based on the reviews I've read, she seems like she's one of a few employees that actually appreciates having a job and work ethics (pay raise for her 😅)“

“I went through the drive-thru and for some reason my app wouldn't work so I couldn't get my free Big Mac and it took my points. But the manager was very nice and paid for my smoothie and they were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant“
