“So while they're food is always good, they seem to have quite a few issues. Mostly I've had a couple of Mobil orders that magically disappeared after I gave them my code, and got my receipt. Luckily I get a receipt all of the time. I was able to hand them that, and they made the food from it. The employees are always great, so no issues there. The set up though... I guess I prefer the dining area to be open, and instead... it's like they want the customers separate, so the dining area is kind of closed off, and in the back.“
“First drive through window cashier was extremely helpful and polite. This man knows the meaning of the expression "Southern Hospitality." I have been through his line several times and he is always on point, courteous, and professional. He was training someone yesterday and I couldn't think of a better person for the job. He is a glowing example of what customer service should be! 😉 Way to go!“
