McDonald's in Muskegon

“Stopped in today with my large family and I can honestly say five stars is not even enough to represent how amazing the service and the food was while we were there the current manager that was working today obviously runs a tight shift and all of the employees were very pleasant and worked diligently to have our food probably the fastest that I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s The manager and the people running the show today definitely need to be commended and possibly a raise because my family does a lot of eating out and this is by far the best McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had bravo 👏 👏👏👏“

“The amount of stress these employees are under, while being very underpaid maybe trying to raise kids, is something most people don't comprehend.
Think about a school bus full of football players ordering all at once during a rush hour. Minimum wage is not enough for the mindset it takes to handle something like that. That withtheir indiscriminate hiring policy makes it hard for them to keep a regular staff. So, please think of this the next time you get a messed up order, or a grumpy employee, and want to get them fired. They are probably dealing with a lot more than you think.“

“Grabbed a late night bite to eat. Ordered ahead of time in the app. Got there with only 1 vehicle ahead of me. Took 10 minutes to finally get my food. Food was at least fresh, but wait time was definitely not worth it. Staff seemed annoyed and less friendly than usual. Very off-putting.“

“We own a local business in town, and our bank card wouldn't read. We already placed our order, so we parked, and we're going to have someone bring us some cash. The GM had an employee come out and give us the food. She made an embarrassing situation work out, and I will certainly be doing business at this location again.“

“I frequently come to this McDs drive through. Today, I went inside because the drive through line was long. They were busy. I was very impressed to see the manager address two employees talking about their weekend plans. She seemed to care about the service and understood that they needed to get through this wave of orders. Respect. Also, my food order is rarely wrong from this location.“

“I Love Breakfast at McDonald's!! I ordered 2 double meat croissants for $6!! Pretty much a good deal with all the high prices these days.BUT, ... The day after that I stopped at a different McDonald's about 2 miles from the latter on the same road and asked for the $2 McDouble, and he told me that my order for ONE MCDOUBLE was ALMOST FIVE BUCKS!! ? Wowza!!I have a Question?? Why is Customer Service Now, Sooooo Stinking Impatient these days?!?! ?

Parking: Plenty of parking at both locations as well as Handicapped ♿️ Accessible.

Kid-friendliness: They offer regular kids meals for smaller children and Mighty Kids Meals for the older kids.“
