“Steven provided excellent fast customer service. Armon gave me a McFlurry that had been made. He could have easily tossed it or kept it for himself, but he decided to serve the next customer the extra touch! Thank you! This location has captured the essence of personal customer service.“

“This is our favorite McDonald's in the area. The weekday morning crew is particularly great. Service is very fast, friendly, and accurate. The food is always fresh and hot. In 3 years of weekly visits, there has been only one instance of waiting a long time and one instance of receiving the wrong food. IMO, this performance is exceptional. They also have some of the lower prices in the area, compared to other McDonald's. We have good experiences there for lunch and dinner too. My only negative comment is that sometimes the fries need a little more salt. Keep up the great work!“

“One of the busiest Mcdonalds in macomb county. Always a wait and always a line . This location is pretty much a drive thru location dont see many people go into to dine. The imside has been automated with the big screens for ordering and talking to a person is pretty difficult. I have had to go into the store multiple times because of long waits and forgotten items. This being said its still not a terrible location for the area.“
