“So yummy! Me and my family went through the drive thru today for dinner. Usually, I get fries and a chocolate shake. I used to love the nuggets when I was little but over time, I stopped liking them. I'm a very picky eater so this is nothing new to me. This time, I decided to try them again. BEST DECISION I MADE THIS WEEK. So yummy! It was even better than I remembered. So good!“
“What an amazing experience I have had at this location! I am new from Missouri here, a manager at Best Buy and I know good leadership when I see it. Generally, I get off in the evenings and for the last couple of visits, ANDREA the Manager along with her small crew kill it, with less people than the Comstock Park location a mile up the road. Please, if our opinions matter, which I believe they do, get them at least one more person at night so they can supersede the excellent service already given with LESS people! Every night, Andrea is by herself up front and running the show in Drive thru with only 2 or 1 cooks sometimes in a location that is far more perilous and dangerous in comparison to Comstock Park. To all future customers, this is the place you want to go to for good service, amazing food, and quality personalities that makes one smile every-time. This McDonalds location goes above and beyond with their customer service, especially Andrea, Jacob and I believe Berta, who makes the most amazing sandwiches with patience and love. Give these humans a raise and a well-deserved pat on the back. This is what makes McDonalds, McDonalds! I am telling my whole family to come here in contrast to the heavily staffed yet rude Comstock Park crew. Thank you Andrea, Thank you Jacob, Thank you Berta, you guys make the extra distance worth it! Please give them more resources!“
“Alliyah the manager was absolutely amazing!!! Even when she had stated to a customer who was not pleased because of timing and something being wrong with her order. Alliyah stayed professional and apologized saying I'm so sorry I had 5 people call in and I am doing my best. The said customer had a horrible attitude and Alliyah said again I apologize and customer stormed off. She is busting her hump and with a fantastic attitude when she didn't have to be. 100 will be back just because of how amazing she handled this situation. 👏 you slayyyy queen!“
“There are some really sweet ladies working the breakfast shift at this location. Yesterday, 9/24/24, we were in the drive thru and the woman taking our order overheard my daughter asking for pickles with her breakfast items and I whispered to her "they don't have pickles right now honey" well we got to the window to pay and the lady says to me "I think we can get her some pickles" it totally made my daughter's morning and was such a sweet gesture. They didn't have to do that for her but the kindness didn't go unnoticed by me! Just wanted to thank her for being so sweet and happy when most people are still waking up and not always in the best of spirits! Thank you for going above and beyond.“
“Not sure of her name but I just watched what I’m assuming is a manager in a dark blue shirt ( glasses and long dark brown hair) help a gentleman with his order on the kiosk without hesitation and that shows me where they stand with customer service here and it’s amazing! 6 stars if I could for sure!“
“Me and my dad have been coming here a lot, and it’s always so good. The drink (frozen sprite) was a little melting but it was still good. The fries were nice and warm, and the cashier asked us about our day which is rare for a fast food place. Atmosphere is kinda boring, but fine I guess.“
“I usually have to prepare myself to go to this McDonald’s because the staff is so rude, I usually avoid this location because of that. Today I went for breakfast and the gentleman helping us at the drive-through was so nice. It truly made my day! Also, the food was served so warm that the butter had melted in the bag, was truly a different experience.“
“The food was okay. I mean it was fast food. It was hot and fresh when it arrived to my parking spot. Nothing bad to say about the service. And as far as the atmosphere, it's kind of located in industrial park sell more importantly, it was easy to get in and out of.“
“This is an awkward McDonald's there is no human to take your order, only selfserv touch screens. There were four screens but only one was functional and it was in use. I waited for a turn to order for almost 10 minutes then gave up and went back out to the drive thru. The eating area also had 5-6 people sitting back near the bathrooms with plastic garbage bags of belongings and sleeping bags piled nearby, it felt sketchy.“
“You are right Tianne(sp), your manager didn't even know that you were gone until I said something. I am sure that you know how clean the bathroom needs to be and you always wear your gloves and take them off when you have finished cleaning the bathroom the right way and then wash your hands before handling any food. You are a leader too Tianne so let's show them how it's done and let your manager enjoy working all by herself at the drive thru window. Let's go team Tianne!!!

“This McDonald’s has that best staff. There is a young man who is working the first window right now that is a complete joy. He is kind and respectful and so personable. He has big things in his future for sure with his amazing attitude. I’d tell Ronald McDonald himself to give that young man a raise!“
“I was at the McDonalds on Northland Dr. My toddler only enjoys a bun with cheese and apple slices. So I’ll take him every once in a while to get just that. Whoever made his “cheeseburger” today was so kind and made a grilled cheese of sorts! I want to thank whoever did that! You didn’t have to but still did. Too many people are quick to complain, instead of giving thanks. Thank you!“
